Klaus-Dieter Matschke Managing Director, Former Criminal Police Superior Counsel
Klaus-Dieter Matschke formerly worked as a security commissioner for the Interior Ministry of a federal German state with the rank of Criminal Police Superior Counsel. He acquired his knowledge in the fields of white-collar-crime, espionage and the media within the framework of his long affiliation and collaboration with German and international security authorities.
Today, Klaus-Dieter Matschke is the sole proprietor of KDM Sicherheitsconsulting in Frankfurt on the Main, Germany, and is the Managing Director of KDM Gesellschaft für Sicherheitsberatung mbH in Rosbach, Germany. Additionally, he is the co-author of a number of documentations, including the book "Carlos-Komplize Weinrich", documenting the international career of the terrorist Johannes Weinrich. He is also the author of professional articles, for examples on the subject of organized crime, and has worked as an advisor and co-author in a variety of television productions.
He is co-founder and President of a professional association of German consultants for company security (Fachverband Deutscher Sicherheits-Unternehmensberater -FSUB) as well as co-founder and former Vice President of the German investor protection association (Deutscher Anlegerschutzbund).

Wolfgang Fach applies the knowledge he acquired as the Assistant Director of the division for combating organized crime at the State Criminal Investigation Office (LKA) of Hesse, conducting his work within the context of national and international consultations and investigations for KDM clients.
Klaus Volkmar Seidel Former Undersecretary
Volkmar Seidel is an expert for business and tax law. At KDM his special subject is economic espionage. He was in charge of the setup of a federal office for the protection of the constitution and govened it. In addition, the ecperienced lawyer was employed at a major German bank for crisis management.

Leyla Roth Legal Division Director, Attorney-at-Law
After receiving her title at the conclusion of her legal studies, Leyla Roth gathered much of her practical experience in the economic criminal law department of one of the world’s leading legal practices. She additionally worked as an attorney in a practice specialized in economic law.
Today, she maintains her own practice. At KDM, she is the Director of the legal division for all judicial inquiries.

Dr. Udo Ornik Physicist and Security Expert
From 1980 until 1986, Dr. Udo Ornik studied physics in Giessen and Heidelberg, Germany, graduating in the top sector of his class.
In the years thereafter, he worked as a guest scientist in the USA, South America and in the former Soviet Union. He was awarded his Doctorate with Honors in Marburg, Germany. He was employed as a project manager at the renowned Los Alamos National Laboratory and worked as a scientist at GSI in Darmstadt, Germany.
Dr. Udo Ornik is self-employed since 1995. He has made a name for himself as an expert through highly respected publications. His involvement at KDM is as an appraiser on the subjects of E-security, computer forensics, IT-networks and system integration.
Yücel Balci System Administrator
Mr. Balci completed training as a data processing clerk from 1997 to 1999. Since 1999, he has been working as a system administrator with a primary focus on security technology. Mr. Balci is deployed by KDM as a specialist for Unix, Linux, and Windows-based IT-security and communications systems.
Jürgen Thorn Programmer and System Administrator
Following his education and employment as an administrative specialist, Jürgen Thorn completed advanced professional training at the Marburg Executive Academy as a programmer and system administrator at the top level of his class.
In 1993, Jürgen Thorn went freelance and worked as a qualified consultant and project manager with a focus on DP applications, IT-organization, and network security. Years of experience in the planning and implementation of DP construction and process organization have made him an expert in IT-organization and network security.
Additionally, he works as a competent instructor and lecturer. Jürgen Thorn is deployed by KDM as a consulting expert in the field of IT- and network security.

Stefan Bingenheimer Architect
Stefan Bingenheimer already entered into self-employment during his architecture studies, which were primarily focused on the areas of building security and security architecture.
Since 2000, he is Executive Director of his own company which is, on the basis of his existing cooperative relationships, capable of completing large-scale construction plans. At KDM, he is responsible for security architecture.
Rainer Kreher Certfied Engineer
Rainer Kreher is a specialist in the fields of electronics and electrical engineering. He is employed at KDM as a management consultant.
